Welcome to worship this week.
Fruitfulness. It’s a rich image in scripture as God keeps describing the people as a vineyard. Isaiah 5 shows God’s generosity and grief over the vineyard, his hopes and heartache over the people. God’s longing is for their fruitfulness: lives alive to God and to one another. It is good for them. It is good for us.
